HOW TO USE: For long lasting colour, draw a thin line along the edge of your lips with the Caryl Baker Ultimate Lip Liner. Start at the center of the upper lip and work outward. To enhance thin lips, apply lip liner to the outer edge of the natural lip line. To downplay excessively full lips, apply lip liner well within the edges. Follow with Caryl Baker Lip Gloss or Lipstick. Carefully sharpen with sharpener.
