CANADIAN SHIPPING TERMS

There is no shipping charge on orders over $75 (excluding applicable taxes). For orders under $75, shipping is a standard rate of $9.95 plus tax. Normal shipping time is between 5 to 10 business days.

AMERICAN SHIPPING TERMS

Within the continental United States... there is no shipping charge on orders over $75 (excluding applicable taxes). For orders under $75, shipping is a standard rate of $14.95 plus tax. Your social security number is required for shipments going across the border. All applicable duties, custom fees etc. are the responsibility of the customer. Normal shipping time is between 5 to 10 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS

For International Shipping (anywhere outside of Canada & the United States) you will be able to choose a shipping option upon checkout. All applicable duties, custom fees etc. are the responsibility of the customer.

 

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Caryl Baker Visage online purchase, simply return the unused product(s) within 30 days, and we will be happy to refund your account for the full amount of your purchase. Please note, shipping charges for returning unwanted merchandise is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you.

Purchases from carylbakervisage.com cannot be returned at any of our store locations. In-store purchases CANNOT be returned through carylbakervisage.com. Purchases made at any of our Caryl Baker Visage face spas can only be returned to the original Caryl Baker Visage store location where purchased. Our return/replacement policy for all Inverness earrings is 4 months from date of purchase with receipt. To return unused product, which has been purchased on-line, please contact us at (416) 789-7191 x350 or patricia@carylbakervisage.com. We recommend that you return by an insured method with tracking so that you can guarantee that your return is received at our end.

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

Services, OPI products, gift items and discontinued/clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. Defective earrings with receipt will be replaced at no cost. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your purchase please contact the location in which you purchased the item(s).
