• Avoid using any cosmetics and skincare around the eye area for 48-hours after your lash application.
• Avoid using oil-based eye makeup, such as mascara, liners, and shadows. Additionally, use only oil-free eye skincare products, including makeup removers, cleansers, toners, serums, and moisturizers, on the lashes or around the eyes throughout the duration of your treatment's results, as oils can weaken the adhesive bonds; also, avoid waterproof mascara.
• Use a clean, disposable mascara wand or a spoolie brush to gently brush through your lashes daily.
• Be gentle with your lashes—avoid rubbing your eyes to prevent lash fall-out or damage, introducing bacteria to the eyes, or causing irritation.
• Avoid hot showers, saunas, steam, or swimming for 48 hours, as this can weaken the bonds.
• No facials (beauty or dermal treatments) for 48hrs – if you are booked for a facial, we suggest getting the facial done 24 hours before the service.
• Pre-book your Lash Refill every 2 weeks to maintain your initial application.
• See a physician if irritation occurs within 24 hours.
