• Client should not touch their face or apply any product for the first 4 hours after treatment.
• Apply Caryl Baker Hyaluronic Acid 4 hours following the procedure to calm and soothe the skin. You may feel a slight tingle, but this will subside.
• The top layer of skin (stratum corneum) has been disrupted, making the skin sensitive to the sun. Wear a hat and apply sunscreen daily to protect the skin.
• Continue to avoid direct sun exposure for 1 month as it takes 28 days for the stratum corneum to replenish itself.
• Avoid sweaty exercise and sun exposure for 72 hours post-procedure.
• Change pillowcase the day of treatment.
• Sanitize cell phones and glasses with alcohol.
• No waxing, threading, or shaving for 2 weeks post-treatment (tweeze with caution).
• You may start gently cleansing your face the next day with a mild cleanser.
• It is recommended to wait at least 48 hours to apply any makeup. Make sure to wear mineral base makeup, one that does not contain any oils.
• Avoid applying any skin care products containing active ingredients/natural acids for at least 7 days.
