HOW TO USE: Apply using wand from base to end moving upward. Be sure to dab excess off the top of the wand before applying to prevent lashes from sticking together. Allow first coat to dry slightly, and apply second coat if desired (for fuller look). Be sure to comb and separate lashes with a Brow/Lash Comb between coats.
